About Us Pages: This is your company's story, usually summed up in less than 500 words. I provide the history of your organization, what you stand for, and any other details you would like me to include. Along with your home page, current and potential customers often study this page before doing business with your organization for the first time. This page can introduce visitors to your staff and provide a brief biography of each key person.

Articles: The typical article I write ranges from 500 to 2,500 words. This type of writing is intended to inform the reading audience and generally is not promotional. I go in-depth on several aspects of a single subject. It may or may not end with a call to action, depending on your preferences. I do not have experience writing white papers.

Blog Posts: These are also meant to inform but are typically shorter and more promotional. The word count may range from 250 to 1,000 words. Blog posts are an excellent way to provide your website visitors with fresh, engaging copy highlighting one of you company's products or services. They can also offer insight into topics that are important to your target audience.

eBooks: I have enjoyed tremendous success with my own eBooks and have also ghostwritten short eBook downloads for clients. I have published to Amazon and several smaller platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions Pages: Answering the same questions repeatedly can be time-consuming but ignoring them is bad business. That's why a FAQ page makes good sense. By providing your visitors with answers to questions they are likely to have, you save their time and yours. Of course, this needs to come with the caveat for them to contact you if they don't see an answer to their question or they prefer to speak to someone directly.

Home Pages: Because it is the first page people see when arriving at your website, the content of your home page is vitally important. It needs to be welcoming and informative while assuring the website visitor that you have what he or she needs. Promotion should be subtle as people are more interested in learning what your company can do for them than they are about its features. Your home page needs to be user-friendly in design as well as provide quick access to more in-depth information.

Product Descriptions: Your customers don’t care about product features. Anyone can list those. They want to know what your product can do for them and how they can expect to feel while using it. Strong action words that convey a sense of belonging with your brand helps you stand above the competition.

Service Pages: If your company offers more than one service, customers will want to read about each one individually. I can provide you with a broad overview page of all services along with a unique page describing each service that your business offers. I try to keep these less than 500 words. That gives your visitors just enough information to make them curious enough to call, email, or schedule a consultation to learn more.

Social Media Posts: Most business owners want to be more engaged with their customer base, but don't have the time to post on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites. I manage several social media calendars for a current client by finding links to online information on topics that the client provides. I can do the same for you based on a schedule that you determine.
